You have no clue if you think repairing or strengthening the levees would work. Louisiana has a very delicate coastal system that plays a major part in the ability of the levees to work.

The reason the levees are failing is because of the levees themselves. They do not allow the coastal wetlands to receive the proper amount of sediment deposits.

I assure you, while FEMA might not have been a part of it, there has been constant work done to reclaim these wetlands from the Gulf.

Learn about what has been going on before you complain that nothing has been done because you don't like our president. Yet again you prove that narrow minds don't really care about the issues at hand. You only wish to bolster your argument by any means necessary, even if it is ludicrous.
